GSI Upload Bulk Entry Registration for Partner Part 1/5

1. Open link URL http://agsi.gsilab.id/ , Input username & password then click Sign In button
2. Click on Create Lab Request button

1. Upload excel document which contains list of patients, make sure excel format is right (Check on part 3)
2. Wait until excel successfully uploaded, then click confirm & submit button on top right corner of the page
3. If lab request created successfully, system will give booking ID number information
4. Click on “Go to Lab Req List” button to see list of patient that has successfully uploaded

Make sure these column are filled:

Make sure:
- Any date format must be (YYYY-MM-DD)
- First name must contain more than 1 character & no whitespaces
- Gender must be filled with ‘F’ or ‘M’ (Must use caps lock)
- 24 Hours result must be filled with ‘true’ or ‘false’ (No caps lock)

1. On home page, click on “lab Request List” Menu
2. You can search by booking ID by click on dropdown icon
3. Input booking ID you get after create the lab request, then click on search icon
4. All patient specimen you uploaded will be automatically has “On Delivery” Status, you can check the delivery order ID on the table
5. Once specimen result sent to patient, Specimen will be completed and moved to Lab Request History

In Lab request list, you can print out the delivery order ID by click on “scan barcode” button, input DO ID, then click “Reprint DO” button
