The Business Audio Conferencing service provides an efficient & economical alternative for employees based
out of various locations to rapidly meet virtually (through conferencing) and make collaborative decisions.

Main Audio Conference Numbering Access

The below is the main numbers are assigned for you as the chairman of the Audio Conference Services to
allow you to invite your clients/customer/ colleagues to call or for you to set up a conference while on the
move:
800 8000 (From Inside UAE) & 0097128108000 (From Outside UAE)
 Creating conference call via Audio conference web portal

We can use the web portal to create, manage and schedule conference call.

We can create and schedule conference call by using the following method via web portal.

1. Click on Advanced Conference.

2. Enter the details required to set up a conference call (as shown below).
 3. Click Next
4. Enter the details of Conference Participants.

5. Add all the participants for the conference call same as shown in below example.

Note:

As the connect type for participants is selected as Incoming call, they will have to dial
8008000 and select option 1 to join conference and then provide conference ID and
conference password (as received via SMS) when prompted to join the conference.
