• Hosts can hold an unlimited number of meetings
with up to 25 participants per meeting.

prepaid annual plan.

reserves the right to terminate or modify this offer at
any time.

You may cancel your Cisco WebEx account by calling
1-866-863-3903 at least thirty (30) days before the
end of the current term of your agreement. After your
account converts to a monthly subscription, you must
cancel before it renews each month to avoid billing of
the next month's subscription fees.

Note: We reserve the right to limit integrated toll teleconferencing/VoIP usage to

10,000 minutes per month per host at this price. This high limit is sufficient for more
than 80 hours of meetings with one other person, or more than six hours of meetings
at full 25-person capacity. If your usage exceeds this amount, we will contact you to
discuss other available plans.

Your Meeting Center subscription includes all the interactive features of WebEx to
ensure the most engaging and collaborative online interaction. Capabilities include: 
Presentation Sharing Spontaneously share multiple presentations with full
 
animations and slide transitions.
Application Sharing and Conduct interactive application demos or collaborate
Remote Control   in meeting by handing control of applications to select
attendees.
Desktop Sharing and Presenters can share their entire desktop in meeting
Remote Control   and/or hand control of their desktop to individual
attendees.
Share Any Document Share not only PowerPoint, but multiple documents or
 
graphics, such as Word, Excel, PDF, and Visio.
Share Multiple Easily share multiple documents at the same time
 
Documents such as Word, Excel, PDF, Visio and more.
Rich Media Sharing Enhance your meetings by sharing streaming
  multimedia allowing all attendees to see and hear
video and audio files.
Record & Playback Enables real-time recording of on-line meetings, and
off-line recording of any applications. Recording can
 
be posted on a web site for playback over the
Internet.
Video Enables video conferencing, with a simple desktop
video camera. In Addition, video from a VCR, DVD
 
player or camcorder can be streamed into the
meeting.
Web Tour and Web Conduct web tours and share important information
 
Content Sharing stored on the web from within the meeting.
Microsoft® Office™ Instantly share MS office documents in a WebEx
Integration   meeting with a single click to increase the
convenience and simplicity of information sharing.
Microsoft® Outlook™ Schedule meetings and invite attendees from
 
Integration Microsoft Outlook quickly and easily.
Interactivity Tools Engage with attendees by soliciting group or
individual feedback. Universal Annotation tools allow
 
all attendees to further provide input into the meeting
content.
Meeting transcripts and Instantly save a copy of the meeting transcript and
 
notes any notes taken during the meeting.
File Transfer Send attendees documents and files from within a
 
meeting.
Integrated Audio   Fully integrated audio conferencing controls within the
Conferencing meeting allow you to control the participation of your
 attendees.
Internet Audio Use Voice over IP (VOIP) technology when traditional
Conferencing (VOIP) audio conferencing in not practical. WebEx provides
 
full duplex voice over IP technology for cost-effective,
high quality audio for your meetings.
