1. Under the Food and Drug ACT, a member representing the National Food and Nutritional
Commission established under section three of the National Food and Nutrition Commission
ACT, is nominated by the minister.
2. The food and drug Board may delegate its function and powers to the committees appointed
under the ACT to help it carry its works.
