PROGRAM
Looking Back:
• We come in here pure, innocent, and knowing exactly what to do. Our spirit, our energy knows
what it needs and we do it as young kids.
• People who are highly sensitive, by the end of the day they have absorbed a lot of energy from
other people and the outside world.
• Salt helps cleanse and release all the things stuck in your chakras, your energetic body, your
aura.
• Physical activity – sometimes the way your energetic body is designed, you have to move
energy out.
• Being by yourself, journaling, being in you own energy allows you to transmute and just
recharge, and naturally get rid of all that excess energy that doesn’t even belong to you.
• You were made perfect, you were born connected, perfect, knowing what to do. So the clues
are in your earlier years.
• Self care is super important. It is probably the most selfless thing you can do.
• Like the phone, you have a battery – your energetic battery – you’ve got to charge it daily.
Your Homework:
• Look to the past – there are clues. What did you enjoy doing most when you were a child?
• Adapting from your youth, what can you do today for self care?
• Start bringing these practices into your daily life. If you have a stressful day, do more of it.
• Use the homework worksheet on the following pages to capture your answers to these
questions.
• As a child, what did you love doing? When you had free time – what did you find yourself
gravitating to? Examples include:
o Being around the ocean.
o Being in nature, in the forest.
o Running around barefoot.
o Being around animals.
o Journaling.
o Being active.
• How can you adapt those things you loved doing as a child to work within your life today? What
are some ways you can incorporate self care into your daily practices based off the things you
found joy from in your youth?
• Finding time to take care of yourself can be hard – there are a lot of rules and sometimes guilt
and shame around self care. But self care is probably the most selfless thing you can do! How
are you going to incorporate more self care into your daily routine? What self care practices can
you incorporate into your morning routine, your day, and your evening routine?
• As you begin incorporating more self care into your day-to-day routine, come back to this
workbook and describe the changes you see in your energetic body. Which practices are
helping you “recharge” your energetic battery the most? Are there new practices you’ve added
intuitively as you have begun focusing on self care?
