PROGRAM
• Cutting cords is a practice you can do regularly – every morning, every night, even several
times a day.
Cutting Cords:
• The concept – the cords are attached and you can remove them.
• Imagine your hand as a sword in a strong color, whatever color works for you. You can do this
with 2 hands but we’ll start with one.
• Find what method works best for you to make this real:
o Visualize cutting the cords.
o Hear the cords being cut.
o Feel the cords being cut and removed.
o Once released, gather and push them all down to the center of the earth for rejuvenation
and purification.
• Whatever is removed has to be replaced! Replenish and fill yourself up with light.
• Remember this concept: if you remove something, you’ve got to replace it with something
positive.
Your Homework:
• Begin by placing your shield – protective bubble or vortex.
• Imagine your arm as a sword, seeing it in various colors. Identify the color that feels strongest to
you.
• Go through the process of cutting cords and pushing them down to the center of the earth.
Identify which method makes the process more real to you – visualization, hearing, feeling.
Remember to fil yourself up with light to replace what has been removed.
• Think about how you might apply this practice to your day-to-day life.
• Use the homework worksheet on the following pages to track your exercises and journal about
the experience.
• Performing the exercise for the first time, set aside 5-10 minutes and follow the process outlined
by Oliver:
o Place yourself within your shield and set an intention.
o Imagine your arm as a sword in a strong color.
o Starting at the top of your head, use your sword arm to cut the air above your head.
o Continue cutting down the front of your body, all the way down.
o Move to the back side of your body, all the way down.
o Then move to the left and right side of your body, all the way down.
o Lift your feet and cut any cords under your feet.
o Once everything is cut, imagine gathering them all together and throwing them down to
the center of the earth for purification.
o Fill yourself up with light.
• Describe the experience you had going through this process. What intention did you set to
begin? Which sword color resonated most with you? What made the experience feel the most
real – visualization, hearing, feeling? What color did you fill yourself up with afterwards?
• How did you feel after completing the exercise? Did you feel any energetic shifts? Check in
throughout the rest of the day and write down any feelings that stood out to you.
• How might you incorporate this practice into your day-to-day life? What situations do you see
this practice supporting?
