o E-learning new products: staff access Intranet each month to learn about new products. This platform was in response to staff feedback that new
product seminars once every 2 to 4 months were not enough to keep up.
o Team building activity: Cooking a meal from scratch with external provider
o Handling difficult customers: Team leader guided session (1 session – 30 minutes).
o Time management: watched a series of DVDs about time management over a couple of hours, brainstormed techniques and discussed every week at
staff meetings for a month.
o Traffic engagement analysis: Watched video of subject matter expert and discussed.
