Tests carried out
We declare that the products supplied have favorably passed the tests listed here below, as applicable:
1. Seal test: complying with the prescriptions. Checked, with favorable results, 100% of the products supplied.
2. Dimensional verification: in-line dimensional inspections on sample batches comply with the prescriptions of the reference
drawing.
3. Visual inspection: the sample batches checked during production do not show any visual defect as burrs, dents, spots, nor
any other surface defect.
Marking comply with the prescriptions and are clearly readable.
4. Raw materials: the chemical analysis and the physical characteristics of raw materials used, comply with the prescriptions of
the reference norms.
5. Life test: upon completion of engineering project, valves have passed a validation test prescribing 25.000 open/close cycles
under pressure
The a.m. products are manufactured in compliance with technical delivery conditions according to our official catalogue and
conform to the prescriptions of RuB Management Quality System.
The Management Quality System of RuB is certified according to ISO 9001:2008 by Lloyd’s Register Certification, approval
certificate nr. 160235.
