Social Media Presence Analysis
After thoroughly going through BeKarmic's Instagram, Twitter and Facebook
handles, I made a note of a few pointers that could be addressed moving forward
which would be conducive to the growth of BeKarmic brand. I have mentioned
below what I observed and what more could be done to enhance the Social
Media presence of the brand-
1. From the number of posts and followers it could be deduced that Instagram is
the most used platform followed by Facebook and Twitter. Facebook however has
a much larger user base than Instagram and is an untapped sphere as of yet. A
different strategy is required to improve user interaction on facebook. 

2. The content and the type of posts across different social media platforms is
more or less similar. The overlapping of content means that a user who has
already seen a post on Instagram, would not probably open the link on Facebook
and vice versa. This in turn has a negative connotation on the total interactions on
these platforms. 

3. The posts have great information that has been put together in a visually
aesthetic manner. The content is also appropriate with the kind of posts
published. However, the page at times might seem a bit general as there are a lot
of pages that provide similar information. There is no identifiable theme to which
people might want to revisit. For example, if the "Did you know" portion was only
posted through stories or the Quotations posted with a Dove graphics were
preceded by a factual statement, it would make the content seem more
impactful.

4. There needs to be enough stimulation for people to share posts on their own.
That can be achieved if the content stands in its own right in a distinguished
manner, and the posts are what users won't encounter otherwise on social
media.

5. Tanya Ma'am has a substantial following on Instagram and as such it can be


effectively used as a marketing tool for BeKarmic pages by posting backlinks to
other social media platforms or such posting stories, which again needs to be
backed by quality content.

6. From what can be identified from a cursory look at the Instagram page, for
every Nine posts, five are quotations and the remaining are Infographics which
when seen in the form of tic-tac-toe square, make a great repeating pattern
throughout the page. If each square was to have a particular theme then it would
be much more appealing to the users when they noticed it.

These were some of the major pointers I observed around which the marketing
strategy can be focused. There is a lot of potential for the page and brand as a
whole and it surely can be reflected in a much more quantifiable manner in the
coming future.
