TRAINING DESIGN

I. TITLE: LAC Session on Teaching Content and Pedagogy for effective instruction.

II. RATIONALE:

- Content Knowledge and Pedagogy is imperative mechanism to enhance and

and develop the quality of learning and teaching process.In the Educational
Institutions it is evident that there is a need to impart an effective
instruction to provide quality and critical 2st Century leaners.We are in a one
goal in mind to conduct this session to be more professionally equipped in
teaching strategies and approaches to attain mastery level in the
presentation of our lesson.

III. OBJECTIVE:

- To improve teaching skills for effective learning process

- Employed the effective collaborative learning strategic instruction in the
class through the use of ICT and Multimedia - based instruction.
- Demonstrate mastery of presentation of the lesson by the used of different
appoaches of content knowledge and pedagogy.

IV. METHODOLOGY:

- Collaborative and Interactive interactions through the use of ICT tools.
