- Lead packaging development projects to support product category, based on

received project brief, or for exploration as well as for feasibility study

purposes.
- Ensure good coordination within internal R&D (Product, Regulatory, RDIS), and
with other departments (Sales & Marketing, MR, QM, PPIC, Production, Engineering,
Purchasing, Logistic, Warehouse) during the development process.
- Create packaging development plan and ensure the execution follows the plan.
- Create packaging design and manage the approval process.
- Work with suppliers to develop packaging design and to prepare packaging sample
or mock-up.
- Ensure the sample test result conforms with the design.
- Conduct trial with related departments and monitor the trial result.
- Ensure the accuracy of all trial results and prepare the trial report.
- Always update the packaging data which is the result of new packaging
development.
- Create new Packaging Specification or revise Packaging Specification change.
- Create new Technical Data Sheet (TDS) or revise TDS.
- Send all new or revised specifications and TDS to MR for further distribution.
- Ensure the development of Printed Packaging required for the projects.
- Create packaging art-work following the guideline from Project Leader.
- Manage packaging art-works list and numbering, as well as art-work files.
- Help to distribute packaging art-work to supplier, following the request from
Purchasing for printed packaging development.
- Verify and approve art-work development by supplier, if requested, before proof-
print preparation.
- Assist proof-print preparation and color development process.
- Support marketing for mock-up preparation, if required.
- Ensure color range/standard preparation by supplier and approval by related PIC.
- Create and review WI for packaging test methods.
- Constantly explore new packaging for improvement, value creation, and cost saving
initiatives, based on discussions with suppliers or benchmarking (comparison) with
other competitors.
- Help to RDIS to development & implementation of system that R&D's used.
- Maintain quality system implemented by the company, e.g. ISO 9001:2015, FSSC
22000, FSMA.

- Memimpin proyek development kemasan untuk mensupport tim pengembagan produk,

berdasarkan pada Project Brief yang diterima, atau untuk mengeksplore serta studi
kelayakan.
- Memastikan koordinasi yang baik dalam internal R&D (tim Produk, tim Regulasi, tim
RDIS), dan dengan departemen lain (Sales & Marketing, MR, QM, PPIC, Production,
Engineering, Purchasing, Logistic, Warehouse) selama proses development.
- Membuat rencana development kemasan dan memastikan setiap proses sesuai rencana.
- Membuat desain kemasan dan mengelola proses approval.
- Bekerjasama dengan suplier untuk pengembangan desain kemasan dan menyiapkan
sampel kemasan atau mock-up.
- Memastikan hasil uji sampel sesuai dengan desain / rencana awal.
- Melakukan trial dengan departemen terkait dan memantau hasil trial.
- Memastikan keakuratan semua hasil trial sesuai rencana dan menyiapkan laporan
trial.
- Selalu memperbarui database kemasan yang merupakan hasil development kemasan
baru.
- Membuat spesifikasi kemasan baru atau merevisi perubahan spesifikasi kemasan.
- Buat Technical Data Sheet (TDS) baru atau merevisi TDS.
- Mengirim semua spesifikasi dan TDS baru atau yang direvisi ke MR untuk distribusi
lebih lanjut.
- Memastikan development kemasan-kemasan cetak yang diperlukan untuk proyek-proyek
tersebut.
- Membuat artwork kemasan dengan mengikuti pedoman dari Project Leader.
- Mengelola daftar dan penomoran artwork kemasan, serta mengarsipkan artwork.
- Membantu mendistribusikan artwork kemasan ke suplier, sesuai permintaan dari
Purchasing untuk development proofprint.
- Verifikasi dan mensetujui artwork yang dikirimkan dari suplier (jika dibutuhkan)
sebelum persiapan cetak.
- Membantu mempersiapkan proofprint dan proses develop color-range.
- Mensuport Marketing untuk mempersiapan mock-up (jika dibutuhkan).
- Memastikan color-range / mempersiapan standar warna dari suplier dan approval
oleh PIC terkait.
- Membuat dan meninjau WI untuk metode pengujian kemasan.
- Terus mengeksplorasi kemasan baru untuk improvement, peningkatan kemampun, dan
cost saving, berdasarkan diskusi dengan suplier atau benchmark (pembanding) dengan
pesaing lain.
- Membantu RDIS untuk pengembangan & implementasi sistem yang digunakan di R&D.
- Menjaga sistem kualitas mutu yang diterapkan oleh perusahaan, seperti ISO 9001:
2015, FSSC 22000, FSMA.
