I. Concept Notes:
 To assure of His abiding love, the Lord makes Himself present through the

seven life giving signs (sacrament).

 The Sacrament

 Connects us (symbolized by the bridge) to the living Lord who gives

security and promises to be with us till the end of time.

 Continue the works which Christ had performed during His earthly

life. (CCC1115)

 The sacraments are as it were powers that go forth from the Body of

Christ to heal the wound of sin and to give life of Christ (CCC1116).

 It is the divine and saving power of the son of God heals the whole

man, soul and body, through the sacramental life.
