Why Studying Ethics and Morality are still Relevant

In 21st century, mostly people tend to work from place to another place, some
people volunteer in charities and in community services, there are also people who
lives in the internet due to online work or class. These activities have a different of
showing in behavior of an individual due to their working environment. Their working
environment is based on their rules and regulation in either to their activities or to
their work. With their rules and regulation, they will know what is right and wrong
between their co-workers or to their fellow man. Knowing the right and wrong is a
definition of a word “Ethics”, studying ethics can give a person in their mind whether
they do good or bad in any circumstances. Same as to morality, yet different.

Morality is being good or virtuous, it can also define as doing good. Speaking
of the word “Morality”, mostly in our childhood, we, sometimes, told the teacher what
is the “Moral lesson” of a story. It tells us what is the lesson behind of the story.
Morality is important to us since it helps us to understand of our right and wrong or
good and bad. As I said before that Ethics is the same as Morality yet different. In a
broad definition, they have the almost the same meaning yet different purpose. It is
still difficult to understand between these two. But with studying Ethics and Morality
can give you a further understand between the two.

In conclusion, studying these two, Ethics and Morality, are important ever
since we were young. Until today, we are in our adulthood, it still important in our
lives In decision-making.
