ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT
JUNE 1-30, 2020

On June 1-30, 2020, daily monitoring of isolates for healthcare associated infection was facilitated. Daily
monitoring of the staff and reports regarding infection prevention and control specifically proper donning and doffing of
PPE, cleaning and disinfection was conducted. Quarterly infection rate was also prepared by the undersigned.

Furthermore, I closely coordinated and monitored with the link nurses regarding infection prevention and
control protocols and guidelines.
