LETTER OF COMPLAINT

Dear Dir. Thelma:

I, Laurean Anne B. Santos, would like to report an unregistered boarding house located at Rose
street, San Gabriel, Tuguegarao City, specifically in the residence of Mrs. Tallud. I myself is a tenant of
the said boarding house. For years, whenever an investigator comes to inspect whether the said house
was a boarding house, I am always instructed by my landlady to appear to the investigator as a family
member. Lately, due to late payment, the landlady unsympathetically placed outside the room all of my
belongings. My laptop and container of almost all of my clothes are still in her possession. I dearly come
into this office to notify the said boarding house property as illegal due to non-compliance to the law
regarding the registration of business.
