AFFIDAVIT

I, ELISA O. ASOY, Filipino, of legal age, single and a resident of Mansasa District, Tagbilaran City,
after having been sworn in accordance with law, hereby depose and say:

1. That I am the live-in partner of the late, GARRY L. MIRAMBEL, who died on July 3, 2010,at
Tagbilaran City;

2. That when I and Garry L. Mirambel started our live-in relationship in the year June 21, 1998, he
confided to me that he had two (2) children with his legal wife;

3. That I have not seen the alleged two (2) children of Garry since then until the present and I do not
know their whereabouts;

4. That I execute this affidavit voluntarily to attest to the fact that I have personally met and seen the
alleged two (2) children of Garry L. Mirambel and I do not know their whereabouts;

5. That Affiant attests to the truth of the facts above narrated for whatever legal purpose this may
serve.

AFFIANT FURTHER SAYETH NONE.
