IMPORTANT REMINDERS
 This Test Permit is valid only if it has been processed properly bearing the signature of the issuing officer of
the CLSU Testing and Evaluation Center (CTEC). EXAMINATION SCHEDULE IS FINAL. RESCHEDULING
IS NOT ALLOWED.
 Print the test permit in COLOR on a SHORT BOND PAPER (8.5x11 inches). REMEMBER TO BRING THIS
PERMIT ON THE EXAMINATION DAY. EXAM INEES WILL NOT BE ADMITTED IN THE TESTING
ROOM WITHOUT THIS TEST PERMIT. NO TEST PERMI T, NO EXAM I NATI ON.
 The test will start at exactly 12:30 PM. Be at the testing room at least 15 minutes before the time.
LATECOMERS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO ENTER AS SOON AS THE TESTING ROOMS ARE
CLOSED.
 If you have to travel a great distance, try to do it at least a day before the examination. If you need a place for
an overnight accommodation you can inquire at the CLSU Public Affairs Office (044)806-1360. CLSU
Offices are open from 8:00 AM– 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM, from Mondays to Fridays excluding
Holidays.
 Bring your SCHOOL ID or ANY VALID ID (with picture) on your examination day. Make sure you have TWO
PENCILS (MONGOL NO. 2) and a good quality rubber eraser.
 Calculators or any computing devices, cellphones and other electronic gadgets WILL NOT BE ALLOWED
inside the testing room.
 Present yourself appropriately on your examination. Examinees wearing shorts, tank tops, sleeveless shirt,
and slippers WILL NOT BE ALLOWED to enter the testing room.
