IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS FOR CANDIDATES ON COVID-19

In case of inter-state travel to attend the exam, please ensure you follow the COVID-19 protocols required for that
state.
Candidates must maintain social distancing starting from point of entry in the exam venue till his/her exit from the
exam venue. Markings on the ground will be done for this as far as possible.
Candidate must bring their own Surgical Mask, personal hand sanitizer, pencil and Hall ticket. No other items will be
permitted inside exam hall. Candidates without Surgical Mask shall not be permitted to enter the examination centre.
Candidate may carry transparent water bottle with them. Examination Centre will NOT provide drinking water inside
examination room/hall.
Entry of candidates into the exam Centre shall be time-staggered to avoid crowding.
Temperature check will be carried out using thermal gun.
Those with temperature more than 37.5 centigrade / 99.4 degree Fahrenheit and those with any symptoms suggestive
of CoVid-19 will be required to take the exam in a separate room.
Those who have been in close contact with a confirmed case of CoVid-19 in the last 14 days will be required to take the
exam in a separate room.
Candidates are requested to cooperate and follow directions given by representatives at the exam Centre at all times.
Photograph will be captured during the registration process after verification of Hall ticket.
All activities in the entire exam Centre will be under CCTV surveillance throughout the exam process.
Candidates must show SELF DECLARATION in the format provided below, to the Security Guard/personnel at the entry
point into the exam venue. THIS IS MANDATORY. The Self declaration form is to be handed over at the test centre.

If any discrepancies are found, please contact the office of the Registrar, CMC,
Vellore immediately
This Hall Ticket is issued subject to the condition that if ineligibility
is detected at any stage, the candidature will be disqualified
Entry to Examination Hall is strictly subject to production of Hall
Ticket.
Do not carry any article, except your Hall ticket, personal hand sanitizer, transparent water bottle and pencils into the examination
hall. Bring your own pencils for rough work. No pens are allowed. You
will be provided rough papers, which must be returned after
the exam.
Cell phones, portable hard disks, pen drives, data cards, pagers, calculators,
diaries, beepers or any other electronic devices are
strictly prohibited. Violation
will lead to expulsion from the examination. No arrangements are available at the
centers for their
custody.
You should report at the Test Center at the time mentioned.
(Indian Standard Time).
Once the test starts, you will not be allowed to leave the Test Center/Hall
for any reason till the test is over and all the formalities
are completed. Please
be prepared to remain in your seat till the exam is over.
Candidates found violating the instructions of the Test Invigilator
will be disqualified.
Do not attempt to give or obtain irregular assistance of any kind in
the examination hall, including copying of questions.
To ANSWER A QUESTION, you must click on the shape adjacent to the answer
option you think is correct, AND THEN go to the
next question.
Questions that are answered and then “Marked for Review” will also be
considered as ANSWERED.
Please preserve this hall ticket for
future reference and must be produced on demand whenever necessary.

The examination will be a Computer Based Test (CBT).

payments are accepted in lieu of admissions, other than what has been
prescribed in the Prospectus/Bulletin. Candidates found to have attempted to secure
admission
by means other than the process prescribed in the prospectus will be disqualified.
The general public is therefore cautioned not to be lured by anybody offering
admission
to any of the courses conducted by us. Should any prospective candidate be approached
by anyone, this may immediately be reported to the law enforcement
agencies for
suitable action and also brought to the notice of The Principal, CMC, Vellore. Our
college will not be responsible for any candidates or parents dealing with
such
persons.
