Hall ticket is provisional subject to fulfillment of all the eligibility conditions as given in the PESSAT
brochure
Test centre city, test centers and test slots are allotted on first come first serve priority basis only
Candidate must not mutilate the hall ticket or change any entry. The hall ticket is not transferable
to any other person. Impersonation is a legally punishable offence
Candidates are required to go through the PESSAT guidelines, rules and policies as per details
given in the brochure as well as on www.pes.edu/pessat
Report to the allotted Test Centre as per the reporting time mentioned above with the hall ticket
and any one of the following ID proof in original: Driving License, Passport, voter’s Card issued by
election commission, Aadhar, Photo I-card issued by the last Institute attended, Income Tax PAN
card.
No candidates will be permitted without a valid hall ticket and without an original valid ID card.
There will be a registration process prior to the actual exam. Please report to the examination
centre at the Reporting Time mentioned in the hall ticket.
Candidate should retain this hall ticket with invigilator’s signature for future admission process.
No electronic devices (including calculators and mobile phones) are permitted. No facilities for
storage will be provided.
No candidate will be allowed to go outside the examination hall till the completion of the entire
duration of the examination.

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS FOR CANDIDATES ON COVID-19:

It is mandatory for all the candidates to wear face mask
Every candidate is supposed to provide a “risk consent” before the commencement of the test on
the computer at the test Centre
PES University has formulated a 10 step Anti COVID-19 SOP. Please understand the same and
adhere to the requirements
Candidates must maintain social distancing starting from point of entry in the exam venue till
his/her exit from the exam venue. Markings on the ground will be done for this as far as possible.
Candidate must bring their own Mask, personal hand sanitizer, pencil and Hall ticket. No other
items will be permitted inside exam hall. Candidates without mask shall not be permitted to enter
the examination Centre.
Candidate may carry transparent water bottle with them. Examination Centre will NOT provide
drinking water inside examination room/hall.
Entry of candidates into the exam Centre shall be time-staggered to avoid crowding.
Temperature check will be carried out using thermal gun.
Those with temperature more than 37.5 centigrade / 99.4 degree Fahrenheit and those with any
symptoms suggestive of CoVid-19 will be required to take the exam in a separate room.
Those who have been in close contact with a confirmed case of CoVid-19 in the last 14 days will be
required to take the exam in a separate room.
Candidates are requested to cooperate and follow directions given by representatives at the exam
Centre at all times.
At registration desk, the candidate will be directed to sanitize his / her hands with the sanitizer
provided.
Candidates must show SELF DECLARATION in the format provided below, to the Security
Guard/personnel at the entry point into the exam venue. THIS IS MANDATORY. The Self
declaration form is to be handed over at the test Centre.
