General Instruction

1. Please reach at allotted examination centre before 90 minutes of commencement of examination. No Candidate is allowed to enter in exam
hall after commencement of examination.
2. Candidate has to Report to security with his Admit Card and proof of identity (Voters ID card/ Driving License/ Aadhaar Card/ Passport/PAN
Card/ College ID Card where the candidate has studied last/Departmental candidates to produce ID Card issued by the Central/State
Governments/PSU for their employees/ID Cards issued by Government agencies authorized for the purpose) in original without which he/she
will not be allowed to take the online test.
3. Use of Calculator, log table, communication devices like cellular phone etc. are not allowed in the examination hall.
4. If your photo is unclear OR no photo, then bring your two photographs similar to uploaded on online application form.
5. The Candidate is advised to check the details printed on Admit Card regarding Name/fathers name/mothers name/Gender/date of Birth. In
case of any discrepancy, the candidate is advised to report at registration centre for data correction.
6. Candidate is advised to retain this admit card and bring it at the time of examination, counseling and admission.
7. This admit card provisionally provided you to appear in the examination on the basis of particulars provided by you in the online application.
Issuance of this admit card does not necessarily mean acceptance of eligibility.
8. All belongings of the candidates will invariably be left outside, at candidate’s risk and required arrangements to be made for the purpose by
earmarking a place for keeping such items including mobile phones. However, examination Centre or the Centre Personnel will not be held
responsible for any loss of items. Responsibility of loss of these properties at the Examination Centres totally lies with the candidates.
9. Candidates are advised to check updates on https://jeecup.nic.in website regularly. They may also check their mail box of the registered E-mail
address and SMS in their registered Mobile Number for latest updates and information, if any.

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS FOR CANDIDATES ON COVID-19

1. Candidates must maintain social distancing starting from point of entry in the exam venue till his/her exit from the exam venue.
2. Candidate must bring their own Mask, personal hand sanitizer, transparent water Bottle, pen and the exam related documents (Admit Card, ID
Card etc.). No other items will be permitted inside exam venue.
3. Candidate may carry transparent water Bottle with them. Examination centre will NOT cater drinking water in examination room/hall due to
current pandemic.
4. A Candidate must show SELF DECLARATION to the Security Guard/personnel at the entry into the exam venue. THIS IS MANDATORY.
5. Entry of Candidates will be given as per Reporting Time given on admit card AND/OR informed via SMS on their registered mobile number
prior to exam date to maintain Social Distancing at the Centre.
6. Temperature of candidates will be checked at the entry to the exam venue via a Thermo Gun.
7. Mapping of Candidate Roll Number and the Lab Number will NOT be displayed outside the exam venue, but the same will be provided to the
candidates individually at the time of entry of the candidate to the exam venue and post their Admit Card and ID verification at Registration
Desk.
8. Candidates needs to follow directions given by representatives &need to stand in the circles draw at the entry points.
9. At registration desk, the candidate will be directed to sanitize his / her hands using provided sanitizer. Photograph will be captured during the
registration process after showing their Admit card and photo ID.
10. Candidates will be monitored through CCTV coverage throughout the exam procedure.
