2. This Examination will be Computer-based. At the beginning of the examination the candidate will have to enter user name and password. Before
the Exam, candidates will be given a user name and password. Please make sure that your profile displayed on the screen is correct.
3. Those candidates, who will be entering the examination center without hard copy of their admit card and original photo ID; will not be allowed to
take exam.
4. It is been suggested to the candidates that they should be present 90 Minutes before the commencement of exam. 30 minutes before the
commencement of the examination test center door will be sealed.
5. All other items such as Books, Calculators, Electronic Diary, Cell Phones, Writing Pads, Pencil Boxes, Beepers, and Cameras etc will not be
allowed into the Examination Hall. Candidates will have to leave the same, at their own risk, outside the examination hall. If any item of the
candidate is stolen or lost, the examination center will not be responsible for that.
7. During the exam, please follow the instructions given by the test center representative.
9. In case of any discrepancy between English and Hindi version of question, English version will prevail.
10. Total 100 Questions of Multiple choice in this exam, Each question will have 4 alternatives, out of which only one will be the correct answer.
11. Applicants who are suffering from cold, cough or fever, while entering the examination center, will not be allowed to enter the examination hall if
they are found to have high temperatures or any such symptoms.

2. इस परी ा का आं कलन क ूटर आधा रत होगा । परी ाथ को परी ा के शु आत म अपना यूजर नेम और पासवड एं टर करना होगा। यूजर नेम और पासवड परी ा के समय
िदया जायेगा । कृपया इस बात को सुिनि त कर ल िक ीन पर दशाया गया आपका िववरण सही है ।
3. वे परी ाथ , जो अपने एडिमट काड और मूल फोटो आईडी की हाड कॉपी के िबना परी ा क म वेश करगे तो ऐसे परी ाथ यो ं को परी ा दे ने की अनुमित नही ं दी जाएगी।
4. परी ाथ को यह सुझाव िदया जाता है िक वे परी ा ारं भ होने से कम से कम ९० िमनट पहले परी ा के पर उप थत रह। परी ा ारं भ होने के ३० िमनट पहले परी ा के का
दरवाजा बंद कर िदया जायेगा।
5. अ सभी आइटम जैसे िक िकताब, कैलकुलेटर, इले ॉिनक डायरी, सेल फ़ोन, राइिटं ग पैड, पिसल बॉ , बीपर, और कैमरा आिद को परी ा हॉल म अनुमित नही ं दी जाएगी।
उ ीदवारो ं को परी ा हॉल के बाहर, अपने जो खम पर समान छोड़ना होगा। परी ाथ की कोई भी व ु चोरी हो जाने या गुम जाने पर परी ा म ल की िज ेदारी नही ं होगी।
7. कृपया परी ा के दौरान परी ा ितिनिध ारा िदये गये िनदशो ं का पालन कीिजए।
11. परी ा क म वेश करते समय जो आवेदक सद , खां सी या बुखार से पीिड़त ह, उ उ तापमान या इस तरह के कोई ल ण पाए जाने पर परी ा हॉल म वेश करने की
अनुमित नही ं दी जाएगी।
IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS FOR CANDIDATES ON COVID-19
1. Candidates must maintain social distancing starting from point of entry in the exam venue till his/her exit from the exam venue.
2. Candidate must bring their own Mask, Gloves, personal hand sanitizer (50ml), transparent water Bottle, a simple pen and the exam
related documents (Admit Card, ID Card etc.). No other items will be permitted inside exam venue.
3. A Candidate must have Aarogya Setu App installed on his mobile phone. The Aarogya Setu dashboard must show candidate's risk factor.
A candidate will have to show this dashboard to the Security Guard at the entry into the exam venue. THIS IS MANDATORY. In case a
candidate does not have a smart phone, he/she will have to bring in a signed declaration to this effect (declaration is provided along with
this Admit Card) and show the same to the Security Guard at the entry into the exam venue.
4. Entry of Candidates will be given as per Time Slot given on Hall ticket to maintain Social Distancing at the Centre.
5. Temperature of candidates will be checked at the entry to the exam venue via a Thermo Gun.
6. Mapping of 'Candidate Application Number and the Lab Number' will NOT be displayed outside the exam venue, but the same will be
provided to the candidates individually at the time of entry of the candidate to the exam venue and post their Admit Card and ID
verification.
7. Candidates needs to follow directions given by representatives & need to stand in the circles draw at the entry points
8. At registration desk, the candidate will be directed to sanitize his / her hands using provided sanitizer. Photograph will be captured during
their registered mobile number prior to exam date. It is expected that candidate strictly adhere to this time slot – as entry into the test
center will be provided based upon the individual's time slot ONLY.

venue, you are requested to declare if you have any of the below listed symptoms by using a (Yes, I have) or
(No, I do not have).
