SOCIAL DISTANCING AND SAFETY GUIDELINES:


1. Candidates must maintain social distancing starting from point of entry at the exam venue till his/her exit from the exam venue.
2. All Candidates will have to replace the mask with new one to be provided at Main Entry Gate of exam centre during verification of
Admit Card/ID/Self Declaration. Candidates are advised to bring their own personal hand sanitizer (50ml) in transparent bottle, drinking
water in transparent bottle and the exam related documents (Admit Card, ID Card etc.) on the day of exam.
3. Candidates must declare under signatures that they do not have the COVID-19 symptoms. Declaration is provided on this Admit Card;
the same is to be shown to the invigilation staff at the main entry of the exam venue/exam room.
4. Temperature of candidates will be checked at the entry to the exam venue via a Thermo Gun.
5. There will be provision for isolation/Reserve Room for candidates showing flu like symptoms or abnormal temperature.
6. Candidates need to follow directions given by exam centre representatives and need to maintain social distancing at the exam
centre.
7. At entry gate of the Examination centre, the candidate should use Hand Sanitizer to be provided by the staff of each centre.
8. Videography of the candidates will be done during the Examination.

CANDIDATE MUST CARRY A VALID IDENTITY PROOF, LIKE AADHAR CARD, PAN CARD, VOTER CARD, DRIVING LICENCE,
PASSPORT ETC. ALONG WITH THE ADMIT CARD (WITH SELF ATTESTED PHOTOGRAPH) ISSUED BY PPSC.

COVID APPROPRIATE BEHAVIOUR, AS PER INSTRUCTION ISSUED BY GOVERNMENT FROM TIME TO TIME, IS TO BE
FOLLOWED BY EXAMINEES.

INSTRUCTIONS TO BE FOLLOWED BY CANDIDATES:


The candidature of the candidate is provisional subject to the condition that the candidate fulfills the eligibility and other criteria as per

instructions, failing which candidate's candidature is liable to be cancelled.
Candidate must bring this admit card to the examination centre on the day of examination failing which candidate will not be allowed to enter the

examination hall.
The candidate must affix the latest self-attested coloured passport size photograph at the appropriate place. Candidate must also bring

his/her two latest coloured photographs (One passport size and One stamp size) on the day of the exam.
The candidate must report the examination centre in time to avoid any rush/ inconvenience at the main entry of exam centre as entry gate of the exam

centre will be closed strictly at 11:30 A.M.
No candidate shall be allowed to enter the examination hall after the scheduled starting time of exam as mentioned in the admit card and no candidate
5
shall be allowed to leave the examination hall before completion of full time.
6 The answers of the questions are to be marked on the OMR response sheet with black or blue ball point pen only.
Candidates should note that any omission/ mistake/ discrepancy in encoding/filling in details in the OMR response sheet, especially with regard to roll

number and question booklet number & set etc. will render the answer sheet liable for rejection.
Calculators, electronic wrist watch or any other watch, pagers, mobile phones or any other data storage devices/electronic gadgets and any other
communication device or IT gadgets such as Bluetooth etc. in working or switched off mode capable of being used as a communication device are
8 banned items and are, therefore, not allowed inside the premises of the venue where the examination is being conducted. Any such device found in
possession of the candidate will be impounded as evidence against the candidate and shall entail disciplinary action including cancellation of
candidature for that examination and further necessary action will be taken as per law. Wall clocks will be there in every room of examination centre.
The candidate must sit at the allotted seat in the examination hall. Any candidate who reports or attempts the examination at the wrong examination

hall or sits at the un-allotted seat shall have his/her candidature cancelled without any further notice.
10 Candidate must read instructions given on the title page of the question booklet and on the OMR response sheet before attempting the questions.
The candidates must carry their original Photo Identity proof, failing which, the candidates will not be allowed to appear in the examination. The valid

Photo Identity proofs are Voter ID Card, Passport, PAN Card, Permanent Driving License, Aadhar Card.
The particulars mentioned in this admit card are based on the data filled by the candidate in his/her online application form. If Name, Father

Name, Date of Birth and/or Gender of the candidate is incorrectly given then the candidate may submit a written request to the invigilator.
Candidate should not leave the examination room/hall without handing over his/her original OMR response sheet and first carbon copy of OMR to the

invigilator on duty.
Candidates are advised not to bring any valuables/costly items, bags and mobiles etc. to the examination centre, as safe keeping of the same cannot be
14
assured. The Commission will not be responsible for any loss in this regard.
If any case of impersonation comes to the notice, then the Coordinator and the Supervisor shall lodge FIR against both persons i.e., candidates who
15
applied and the impersonator. The concerned candidate shall also be debarred from appearing in future in all exams of PPSC.
Biometric attendance of all the candidates will be marked before entry into the examination centre, hence, candidates must strictly adhere to the time
16 slot (to be uploaded on the Home page of Website of PPSC on 16th June 2023 at 10:00 AM) as entry into the exam centre will be strictly based upon
the Individual's time slot only.
Candidates are advised to locate their exam centre and its accessibility at least a day before the exam so that they can reach the Exam Centre on time

on the day of the examination.
18 All the candidates are advised to follow COVID appropriate behavioural norms.
