* Candidate is required to report at the exam venue strictly as per the time slot informed via SMS on their registered mobile number prior to exam date.
It is expected that candidate strictly adhere to this time slot – as entry into the test center will be provided based upon the individual's time slot ONLY.
Total duration of examination shall be 3 hours 30 minutes. Candidates opting for only one super specialty course / clubbed group will not be
allowed to leave the exam hall / premises till the completion of entire examination or 05:30pm whichever is later.

This admit card should be considered as an E-PASS, by Police/Administrative


Authorities, to facilitate movement of the bearer for the purpose of appearing in
National Eligibility cum Entrance Test – Superspecialty (NEET-SS) which is an
COVID -19 essential examination for Medical Post Graduates to get admissions in
Superspecialty Courses. This E-PASS shall be valid from 14th September to 16th
E-PASS September 2020.

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS
1. This admit card is subject to the condition that if ineligibility is detected at any stage, the candidature shall be cancelled.
2. Check the particulars in the admit card carefully. Error, if any, is to be reported to NBE.
3. Entry to the examination hall without the admit card is not permitted.
4. Candidates must bring to the test centre the following documents:
Ÿ Printed copy of admit card with photo pasted on it. And
Ÿ Any one of the authorized photo IDs (must be original and valid/non-expired): PAN card / voter ID / passport / driving license / aadhar card (with
Photograph)
Ÿ Photocopy of permanent / provisional SMC / MCI registration.
5. Please maintain silence and discipline during the examination. Use of any unfair means or improper conduct will lead to debarment of the candidate from
the examination. This may also force appropriate legal action against him/her.
6. Use of all electronic devices, including cell phones, pagers, calculators, pen drives, tablets, is strictly prohibited at the examination venue. Since
examination centres do not have a provision for safekeeping of such devices, candidates are advised not to carry them to the examination venue. You
must not also carry pens and pencils.
7. To check against possible impersonation, authorities will be verifying the identity and genuineness of a candidate by taking their photograph or by any
other means at the examination centre.
8. Should a candidate have any queries / doubts, s/he may please call for the invigilator by raising their hand.
9. The candidate is not permitted to make a late entry or exit early from the examination centre.
10. Each candidate must follow instructions displayed on the computer screen while taking the examination.
11. List of prohibited items at the test centre :
Ÿ Any stationery item like textual material (printed or written), notes, plastic pouch, calculator, pen, writing pad, pen drives, eraser, etc.
Ÿ Any electronic device like mobile phone, bluetooth, earphones, microphone, pager, wrist watch/health band, calculator, electronic
pen/scanner etc.
Ÿ All ornaments like bracelets, ring, earrings, nose-pin, chain/necklace, pendants, necklace with pendants, badge, brooch etc.
Ÿ Other items like wallet, goggles, handbags, belt, cap etc.
Ÿ Any eatable item opened or packed, soft drinks etc.
Ÿ Any other item which could be used for unfair means, for hiding communication devices like wireless/bluetooth device, spy camera etc.
12. No arrangement will be made at the centres for keeping any articles/items belonging to the candidates.
13. Candidates are advised to acquaint themselves with the location of the centre one day prior to the examination.

SOCIAL DISTANCING AND SAFETY GUIDELINES


1. Candidates must maintain social distancing starting from point of entry in the exam venue till his/her exit from the exam venue.
2. Candidates will be provided Surgical Face Mask at test centre. Candidates must bring their own Gloves, personal hand sanitizer (50ml), and the exam
related documents (Admit Card, ID Card etc.). No other items will be permitted inside exam venue.
3. Candidates must declare under signatures that they do not have the COVID symptoms. Declaration is provided along with this Admit Card. Show the
same to the Security Guard at the entry into the exam venue.
4. Temperature of a candidates will be checked at the entry to the exam venue via a Thermo Gun.
5. Candidates showing COVID symptoms WILL be allowed to take the test in separate isolation lab.
6. Mapping of 'Candidate Roll Number and the Lab Number' will NOT be displayed outside the exam venue, but the same will be provided to the candidates
individually at the time of entry of the candidate to the exam venue and post their Admit Card and ID verification.
7. Candidates needs to follow directions given by representatives & need to stand in the circles drawn at the entry points.
8. At registration desk, the candidate will be directed to sanitize his / her hands using provided sanitizer. Photograph will be captured during the registration
process.
9. Candidates will be under CCTV Surveillance throughout the exam procedure.
