INSTRUCTIONS TO THE CANDIDATE

1. This Admit Card must be produced for verification along with at least one original (not photocopy or scanned copy), Valid photo
identification card (for example: Driving License, Passport, PAN Card, Voter ID, Aadhaar Card or similar such document).
2. Candidates will be permitted to appear in the examination only after their credentials are verified by centre officials.

3. This Admit Card is valid only if the candidate's photograph image is legible. To ensure this, print the admit card on an A4 size
paper.
4. Please report to the examination venue at least 30 minutes before the commencement of the examination for the verification of
identity.
5. Candidates coming late at the test centre will not be permitted to enter in the examination hall.

6. Total duration of the examination is 180 minutes.

7. Candidates will be permitted to appear in the examination as per the allotted shift timings only.

8. Calculator, Mobile phones or any other electronic devices are not allowed in the examination hall. Candidates should not bring
any charts/tables/log sheets in the examination hall. There may not be any facility for safe-keeping of these devices outside the
examination hall.
9. Four A4 Blank paper will be provided for rough work in the examination hall. Candidate will not be allowed to leave the
examination centre without handing over the rough sheet to the Invigilator after the end of examination.
10. Candidates must carry their own Pen and Pencils during the examination.

11. Allen will not be responsible for loss of any belongings. Hence, it will be prudent to leave them at your residence.

12. Self Covid declaration that is attached with the admit card must be submitted at the center.

I am aware that in spite of following all precautions I may get infected with COVID-19 and I will not hold the
School/ College / Institute / Students / Staff or ALLEN Career Institute responsible for it.
If I suffer from fever / cold / cough / loss of smell or any other Influenza like (COVID-19) like symptom, I will
immediately report to Doctor / Hospital and also inform the Institutes authorities.
I will follow all the rules and regulations stipulated from time to time by Institute and the Government in this
pandemic.
The health and wellbeing of community is our first priority; therefore the center reserves the right to deny
entry to its premises.
