PSALTER READING Psalm 135 p. 834

ANTHEM (11:00) Hosanna to the Living Lord Lau

Hosanna to the living Lord! Hosanna to the incarnate Word!

The Lord of hosts is with us, we praise His holy name.
To Christ, Creator, Savior, King, let earth, let heaven hosanna sing!
Hosanna Lord! Hosanna in the highest.
Hosanna Lord your angels cry; Hosanna Lord, your saints reply.
Come see the mighty works of God, now praise His holy name.
Above, beneath us, and around, both dead and living swell the sound:
Hosanna, Lord! Hosanna Lord! Hosanna in the highest.
Come now, and look at the works of the Lord,
The glorious things He has done on earth.
Be still, be still and know that He is God,
And have no fear if the earth is moved,
Or the mountains fall into the sea.
Be still, be still, and know that He is God. Be still, be still.

So in that last and dreadful day when earth and heaven shall melt away,
Take us to your glorious kingdom to live eternally.
Your flock, redeemed from sinful stain, will swell the sound of praise again.
Hosanna, hosanna, hosanna in the highest.

POSTLUDE

Bob and Patty Meredith have served in Africa since 1989 with The Navigators.
For 14 years they worked in Zambia discipling university students. By October
2002 the Merediths had worked themselves out of a job and the transition to
national leadership for the Zambian Navigator ministry was complete. They now
live in Nairobi, Kenya where Bob is Africa Resources Director for the Navigator
Africa Regional Team. The Merediths are briefly in the States for Emily’s
graduation and to visit supporters. They will be sharing tonight at the
evening service. Traveling with the Merediths are two of their former students,
now Zambian Navigator Staff. The testimonies of Nelson Musipa and Mutinta
Silenga show the fruit of this ministry.

Rev. Greg Doty, Assistant Pastor

Founded in 1850, Midway Church is part of the Presbyterian Church in America (PCA), a
Reformed, evangelical denomination organized in 1973. Our church seeks to be Scriptural in
both its government and its doctrine. We believe the Bible is the inerrant Word of God; our
infallible and divine authority in all matters of life and faith.
OUR PURPOSE: The purpose of Midway Church is to worship God and to Glorify His Name and
make disciples by equipping God’s people to be STUDENTS of God’s Word, SERVANTS of
Christ and each other, SOWERS of the message of truth, and STEWARDS of their gifts, time,
talents, and resources for the glory of God.

Every member a STUDENT, a SERVANT, a SOWER, a STEWARD
