Work Joyfully.

The three drives of Joy at work are:


1- Harmony.
Working together to achieve goals,it is like a music band, each one is
playing a different instrument but the outcome is a great music and
everyone is enjoy doing it.

2- Impact.
Harmony leads to impact, and impact leads to satisfaction and that is
saying as team we did it, our role is crucial to the success, and success is
always joyful.

3- Acknowledgment.
Recognition of what each of the team members contribution in the
achievement of the set goal even if it was a little thing, will be perceivedas
a sign of success-Joy.

In my opinion, working in Harmony is the main Joy motivator in Birzeit


Pharmaceuticals Marketing Team, as each one understands what is he
doing and what others are doing, along with the good relations and
friendship within team members.

What I can do to even increase the Joy within the team is to listen more to
the team and encourage them to interact with each other more socially and
professionally to increase the level of harmony they have in work and out,
to even narrowing any gap between then more and more.

Give them more and more acknowledgment of there role and the impact it
has to the success of the team and the company.
