• Tektonic™ drill bit with ION™ 3D cutters reached the highest ROP with minimum wear in Maloob field
• A 14 ½” TKC76 bit on RSS BHA maintained 25° tangent through shales and sandstones (from Miocene
to Paleocene)
• 16.7 hours less of rotation time achieved. Dull condition: 0-0-NO-A-X-I-NO-TD
• ReedHycalog bit reached 96 ft/h resulting in 15% faster ROP over the previous
record and 57% over the offset average.
