Dear Sir/ Madam:

I would like to inform your good office about the wrong actions made by my student, Patrick Eriel O.
Concepcion. He used my Laptop Computer without my permission informing me this message:
“ Sir, hindi po ako absent – Patrick Concepcion” this incident took place today July 30, 2016
about 9:30 AM to 10:15 AM in the privacy of my cubicle. I firmly believe it is a sign of gross
disrespect on my part and I would like to recommend the strictest behavioural punishment for
this abuse which is very much uncalled for.

I hope that this would merit appropriate immediate action as I firmly believe this must not be
tolerated so as not to serve as a precedent.
