Subject: Change of schedule from Afternoon/Evening to Morning

Dear Sir/Madam:

I am modestly requesting your honorable office that my daughter Aleck D. Piñon who is
now in Grade 9 this coming Academic Year 2018-2019 will be transferred to the
morning session because of the following reasons:

1. The difficulty of transportation of Rivera Raon PUV in our place at night.

2. The security of my daughter because it is already evening and the lightings in

T. Alonzo is not enough for the proper visibility of the street which is prone to
vehicular accidents and street crimes.

3. The positive possibility of pick and drop issue if she will be transferred to
morning session.

4. The complication in the baby sitting of my youngest child due to the schedule
of the jobs of my wife and I that will be accommodated by the help of my
daughter.

5. The small family business is also managed by my daughter who’s the one
and only person who can help her mother to run it.

I do really hope that this request will result a favorable response coming from your
office. As always, being also an educator, the safety and comfortability of our students
is our first and foremost concern.
