I, EVELYN P. BUZARANG, Teacher I and currently teaching at Marcelino C. Regis Integrated

School, Kinuman Norte heartily applying for transfer of teaching station in any school wherein
near from my residence for the following reasons to wit:

1. That I am teaching in my present station for four (4) year with utmost dedication and
much achievement as a subject teacher and an ICT Coordinator.
2. That I am a bonafide resident of P-1 Talisay, Malaubang, Ozamiz City and I am pretty
sure that I can extend many services even beyond official hours for the benefits of the
children and safer travel in going home;
3. That it is my great opportunity because my present station is far from my residence
hence time and travel expenses could be of great help for the education of my children.
4. Being a mother, I have my children that need my attention and care.
