“PRIORITIZED DIRECTIONS OF INTERNATIONAL ECONOMIC RELATIONS IN THE
XXI CENTURY”
 
INTERNATIONAL SCIENTIFIC-PRACTICAL CONFERENCE
(24-25 April 2020, Baku, Republic of Azerbaijan)
 
The Azerbaijan Tourism and Management University will hold an international
scientific-practical conference of doctoral students, dissertators, and independent
researchers on the "Priorities of International Economic Relations in the XXI Century" on
April 24-25, 2020.
The main purpose of this international scientific-practical conference is to
comprehensively analyze the multi-level economic relations between individual countries,
their regional associations, and their various joint enterprises (transnational and
multinational companies) for the development of international economic relations.
Furthermore, the internationalization of production (that is, beyond national boundaries)
provides an analytical analysis of the comprehensive and interdependent relationship
between national economic systems and sets the groundwork for new proposals.

The conference will feature reports on the following areas:


1. Cooperation with international and regional organizations as one of the priorities of
the foreign policy of the Republic of Azerbaijan;
2. Azerbaijan in the international arena;
3. World Economy and International Economic Relations;
4. Economic growth and prioritized areas of entrepreneurship in the context of
globalization;
5. Modern approaches to marketing, advertising, and PR activities;
6. Innovations in the economy and social sphere;
7. Research methods in the social sciences.

To participate in the international conference, a report (including up to 10 lines of


English summary and 5 keywords in English) and the following information about the
author must be sent to the Organizing Committee by April 5, 2020:
 Full name;
 Scientific degree;
 Place of work, position;
 Postal address (work and home);
 Telephone (with city code);
 Email address;
 The subject of the report;
 Direction;
The Organizing Committee reserves the right to group submitted reports into
selected areas. The Editorial Board will work to edit reports included in the program.
Materials that do not meet the requirements of high scientific rigor will not be accepted to
the conference.
The working languages for the conference will be Azerbaijani, Turkish, English, and
Russian.

REQUIREMENTS FOR REPORTS:


Every author can submit only one report to the conference.
Reports should be prepared in Microsoft Word 2003 or a more recent version.
Maximum length of reports – 10 pages (formulas, tables, pictures, quotations, summary
and key words included), line spacing 1.5.
Page margins should conform to the following: top – 26 mm, bottom – 20 mm, left – 20
mm, right – 20 mm, paper size – A4
Title of report – should be written in Times New Roman, 14 point font, Bold, capital letters
(CAPS LOCK) and be placed in the center. The next line should be blank.
Academic position, scientific degree, name and surname of author – should be written
in Times New Roman, 12 point font, Bold, Italic and be placed in the center
University, organization, institution – should be written in Times New Roman, 12 point
font, Bold, Italic and be placed in the center. The next line should be blank.
Up to 10 lines of summary in English should be written in Times New Roman, 12 point
font, 12 mm indent, Italic. Line spacing should be 1.5.
5 key words in English should be written in Times New Roman, 12 point font, 12 mm
indent, Italic. Line spacing should be 1.5. The next line should be blank.
The main text should be written in Times New Roman, 12 point font, 12 mm indent, Italic.
Line spacing should be 1.5.
Subheadings should be written in Times New Roman, 12 point font, Bold and placed in
the center. The previous and following lines should not be blank.
Formulas should be placed on the right of the page and numbered in Arabic numerals in
parentheses.
The numbering of Tables should be placed in the upper right corner of the page. The
heading of the table should be placed in the center. The previous and following lines
should be blank.
Citations should be placed in the text and should indicate the page of the used source in
square brackets [5, p. 23].
References should be numbered in Arabic numerals at the end of the report and should be
written in Times New Roman, 12 point font.
The article should be sent electronically to conference2020@atmu.edu.az from 05.02.2020
to 05.04.2020.
