at work;

temperatures and sickness and to encourage self-care; and

staff meetings to keep all teams focused and give everyone an opportunity to distantly socialize
and to hold discussions openly.

These are challenging times ahead of us. Not just us, but for the entire world. We are all in a
place where we are to hold on to hope and each other. The distancing is for our good. The
change will keep us protected and keep up filled with purpose simultaneously. We will work to
stay connected as we await the pandemic to dissipate. We will put on our superhero capes as
essential workers and provide services that help keep the world going. Soon, we will rediscover
our new normal and return back to living in good health, peace and strength.

Thank you for your efforts in keeping Charter Spectrum the great organization that it is. Without
you, the organization would not exist. Thank you for helping Charter Spectrum smoothly and
successfully change so that we all can remain Charter Spectrum! Keep up the excellent work and
be healthy! Be well! Be safe!
