A. Purpose
Pursuant to the Memorandum signed last March 13, 2020 by the President and CEO of
Davao Doctors College, Prof. Miguel D. Soledad, emphasized the 1st provision of the
Memorandum that classroom sessions and other classroom-based activities will be
suspended indefinitely; hence, you are advised to stay home and work on the exercises
and assignments required by your respective instructors. With this, the instructor shall
conduct alternative mode of instruction where all instructional resources and strategies are
delivered online.

B. General Reminders
• You are all required to still use Schoology© as our Learning Management System where
the PowerPoint presentations, quizzes, assignments, minute-papers, and examinations, are
conducted since the start of 2nd semester, SY. 2019-2020. You can use your smartphone or
laptop to do such operations.
• The schedule of delivering the lessons, and enabling submission of quizzes and
examinations, will still be in accordance to your respective class schedules.
• Submission of assignments and exercises will follow the posted schedule made by the
instructor. Last submission will receive a deduction of five (5) points from the total score.
• The submission of the worksheets from Chapter 1 to Chapter 7 must be compiled in a PDF
format; thus, there is a need to make your worksheets in handwritten and show the
worksheets the instructor signed. For convenience, you can use the CamScanner©
application to convert image to PDF format. Use your LAST NAME as the file name. For
transparency purposes, the instructor will post his checklist on the Announcements tab of
the Learning Management System to ensure the submission of your worksheets. The
deadline for submission is indicated below. You must upload your documents to the

• The submission of reflection papers will be on Schoology. Reflection Paper Submission
will be posted there on Monday (March 16, 2020)
• Further announcements regarding submission of your examination permits will be made as
soon as the instructor receives direct instruction from the administration.
• Long quiz will be conducted on your respective class schedules starting March 17, 2020.
We are all encouraged to stay in our respective homes for our safety; hence, avoiding ourselves to
go in public places. Never forget to wash and sanitize your hands frequently. We are all hoping for the
safety of the entirety.
