Dear Engr.,

Good day!

I am Harold M. Landicho, a 5th year Civil Engineering student, would like to request permission for enrolling
the graduating courses CE 508 and CE 509, along with OJT. These would be my courses in the incoming
semester:

CE 500 (OJT for CE)

CE 508 (Integration Course for CE 3)
CE 509 (CE Design Projects 2)
CE 510 (Foundation Engineering)
CE 513 (Prestressed Concrete Design)

The reason why I will take CE 500 late because I failed three subjects in 4 th year-2nd semester, so I took
some of them last Summer 2019 since I cannot take OJT because I am not in 5th year standing back then. In
1st and 2nd sem SY 2019-2020, I did not take OJT because I did not want to take my subjects and OJT at the
same time, for the reason that I think it would be hard to manage time studying and job training. I want to
take OJT now since my subjects are less so I am sure that I can manage my time well. The courses mentioned
above are the only courses that remain in my curriculum.

With that, may I humbly seek your approval for the registration of the above course. Thank you for your kind
