SUBJECT : JOINT CHED-MARINA EVALUATION AND INSPECTION

OF EXISTING MHEIs

Pursuant to E.O. 63 and Joint CHED-MARINA Memorandum Circular Nos. 01

and 02, all existing MHEIs shall be subjected to evaluation and inspection to
verify compliance to the new PSG. In this regard, we are providing you with
the following instruments and forms for you to accomplish and return to this
Authority via email at accredivision@yahoo.com, on or before 13 September
2019:

3. Evaluation Instrument: Facilities and Equipment (BSMT)
4. Evaluation Instrument: Facilities and Equipment (BSMarE)
5. Carrying Capacity Computation Form
6. Equipment Utilization Plan
7. Summary of Practical Exercises and Assessment
8. Weekly Class Schedule
