PRE-EVALUATION OF APPLICATIONS FOR SCHOOL HEAD, TEACHING*


RELATED, NON-TEACHING AND MASTER TEACHER POSITIONS
(NATURAL VACANCY) IN SCHOOLS AND DISTRICTS

1. In view of improving the Human Resource Management Service Delivery and


Processes of SDO Camarines Sur, preliminary evaluation (pre-evaluation) of
applications for Elementary School Head, Related Teaching, Non-Teaching and
Elementary Master Teacher positions for natural vacancy shall be done in district by

3. Transmittal together with applications (folders) shall be


stamped received by the Receiving Section reflecting the date
and time of receipt, strictly adhering to the deadline stated in
the memorandum on vacancy and ranking.

3. For applicants from other divisions/ agencies, they shall submit their
applications to the Receiving Section of SDO Camarines Sur. Pre-evaluation of their
documents shall be done at the Human Resource Management Office, following the
procedures in D.M . 471, s. 2021;
