1. Pursuant to DepEd Order No. 002, s. 2024 or the Immediate Removal of

Administrative Tasks of Public School Teachers, the Schools Division of Camarines Sur
announces the hiring of School-Based Administrative Support Staff under Contract of
Service in the identified schools of this Division.

2. The following are the enclosures to this Memorandum:

a. Enclosure No. 1 - Job Description, Qualifications, Duties and
Responsibilities
b. Enclosure No. 2 - Timeline of Activities
c. Enclosure No. 3 - List of Identified Schools

3. Applicants are advised to prepare and submit the following documents in a long-
sized BROWN ordinary tagboard folder:
a. Letter of Intent addressed to the Schools Division Superintendent;
b. Accomplished and notarized Personal Data Sheet with Work Experience Sheet
(CSC Form 212, Revised 2017)
c. Resume/ Curriculum Vitae (CV)
d. Photocopy of Transcript of Records

4. All interested applicants shall submit their application documents directly to the
respective school where they intend to apply. The deadline for submission is on March
23, 2024.

JOB DESCRIPTION, QUALIFICATIONS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Position Title: Daily Minimum Wage (Regional):

Administrative Support Staff (COS) Php 395.00

General Description

The Administrative Support Staff shall provide assistance to the school in the delivery
of prompt and quality administrative and technical support in accordance with the
Department’s policies and procedures. The position shall be under the direct
supervision of the School Head.

Minimum Qualifications

 Able to prepare basic correspondences

 Able to prepare basic reportorial requirements (DepEd forms, simple financial
reports
 Computer literate preferably in MS Office Suite
 Can operate office equipment (printers, fax machines, photocopiers, etc.)
 Can coordinate and collaborate with other concerned personnel and offices

Duties and Responsibilities

 Provide overall administrative and technical support to the School Head and
other school personnel in the daily operations of the school;
 Assist the School Head in preparing, conducting, advocating, monitoring, and
evaluating programs, projects, and activities; and
 Perform other administrative and technical assistance as may be determined by
the School Head.
