Subject: DISTRIBUTION OF FOURTH QUARTER SELF- LEARNING MODULES (SLMs)

Date: September 26, 2023

PARTICULARS
1. This is to inform the field that this office received 4th Quarter SLMs from the Central Office.
This office through the Curriculum Implementation Division, Learning Resource Management
Section directs all schools to distribute the Self-Learning Modules prior to the 4 th quarter
scheduled.

2. The distribution of this learning materials will be at the SDO Asset Management Office on
the following time schedules.
First Congressional Districts: Sept. 27, 2023 @ 9am to 4pm
Second Congressional Districts: Sept. 28, 2023 @ 9am to 4pm
Third Congressional Districts: Sept. 29, 2023 @ 9am to 4pm

3. Attached is the matrix of allocation of the materials to be distributed. (Please see

Enclosures)

4. District Property Custodians will take charge to pick up the said learning materials.

5. Travelling expenses and other incidental expenses relative to this activity shall be charged
against the School MOOE or any available funds subject to the usual accounting and
auditing rules and regulations.
