Real car handbrake and trachea removal:
1. Install the manual control valve from top to bottom: Find the position of the hand brake near the driver's seat in the car, pry the edge of the hand brake valve cover of the instrument panel
with a blade, and pop the cover buckle to remove the hand brake valve cover. Use a cross head to remove the hand brake valve fixing screw. After removing the screw, store it properly and it is
easy to install and use.
2. The manual control valve is installed from the bottom to the top: find the position of the handbrake near the driver's seat in the car, pry the edge of the handbrake valve cover of the instrument
panel with a blade, and the handbrake valve cover can be removed (no tube without handbrake cover) , Remove the manual control valve from the service port (remove the cable tie when the
wiring harness is blocked, and restore after installing the manual control valve), and save the removed nut. (If the manual control valve cannot be removed from the service port, please remove
the instrument panel (be careful not to dismantle the instrument panel), and then disassemble the manual control valve. When disassembling the instrument panel, please contact the interior

3. Dismantle the trachea: mark 1 on the handbrake valve corresponding to the trachea with a marker before removing, and mark 2 on the handbrake valve 2 corresponding to the trachea; the
card sleeve type joint wrench removes the nut on the trachea and separates the trachea from the handbrake valve connector The removed pipeline is protected with tape to prevent debris from
entering the trachea; quick plug-in connector: use the quick-plug connector removal tool or open-end wrench to press down the open end of the joint end, and then pull out the trachea to
remove the pipeline Use adhesive tape to protect the trachea from debris. Caution: Do not use sharp-edged front-end tools such as a flat-blade screwdriver to disassemble to avoid damage to
the connectors or pipes.
4. Removal of the hand brake valve connector: Use the opening wrench to remove the hand brake valve connector to clean the residual glue on the connector thread. Remove the dust cover of
the new handbrake valve, plug it on the interface of the original handbrake valve, and put the connector in a clean and flat place and keep it properly.
Handbrake valve trachea installation:
1. Card sleeve type joint: apply a circle of Huitian 7569 sealant (2 to 3 drops) along the external thread of the joint. Note that 1 to 2 buckles at the end of the thread are not coated, and 1 port of
the trachea corresponds to 1 port of the hand brake valve. The 2 ports of the card nut correspond to the 2 ports of the handbrake valve, and the tightening torque is M16×1.5 40N.m, M18×1.5
45N.m; if the torque limit wrench cannot be used due to the structural limitation, the pipe joint should be tightened by hand first. Tighten the (5/6～1) circle with a wrench before moving, and

use a red marker to mark the connection nut and the hand brake valve after tightening;
2. Push-in connector: 1 port of the trachea is directly inserted into the corresponding quick-plug connector of the 1 port of the hand brake valve, 2 ports of the trachea are directly inserted into
the corresponding quick-plug connectors of the 2 port of the hand brake valve, and the pipeline is completely inserted into the connector;
3. The 8mm air pipe is inserted into the exhaust port of the replacement handbrake valve and fixed with a cable tie;
Hand brake valve joint pressure maintenance, commissioning and inspection:
1. After the vehicle is pressurized, apply soapy water to the joints of the handbrake valve and the air pipe, observe whether there are bubbles emerging, check for air leakage, and ensure that
the pipeline and the joint are intact and sealed;
3 2. Pull the handbrake valve handle from the driving position to the parking position, there will be obvious exhaust sound; the handbrake valve is pulled from the parking position to the driving
position, there is a slight inflation sound, if the sound does not correspond, please check whether the air pipe is connected anti-.
Handbrake valve installation: Fix the handbrake valve in place, securely and without loosening, the handbrake valve "OK" is facing the front of the vehicle, and restore the wire harness and
instrument panel that may be removed.
