    We are pleased to announce that we will be paying a discretionary bonus for


    the outstanding results for the year ended June 30, 2007. The bonus is an
    indication of our appreciation for the team effort of employees, also the hard
    work and dedication given to the firm and clients.

    As the indication of good performance, the production, sales and profits have
    exceeded the budget target. The grant of bonus by the Board of Directors will
    be equal to two months basic salary.

    The management is appreciating the efforts, along with that, the target of an
    increase in all key parameters is set by 20% for the next year and the
    development of new product and market to achieve sustainable business
    advantage. HTL expects to achieve a leadership position in its line of business
    within a period of 4 years.
