JOINT AFFIDAVIT OF TWO DISINTERESTED PERSONS

WE, CHERRY ANN C. GUIA and JENNIFER A. DELA TORRE, of legal

ages, Filipinos, single and married, and residents of B4 L20 Bloomingdale
Subdivision, Iponan, Cagayan de Oro City and Cambridge Subdivision, Iponan,
Cagayan de Oro City, after having been sworn to an oath in accordance with law
hereby depose and say, that:

1. We are long time friends and neighbours of PAUL PETER TOTOH

MAGTANGOB, of legal age, Filipino, married and a resident of B14 L4
Bloomingdale Subdivision, Iponan, Cagayan de Oro City.

2. We are aware of the fact that his full name in his Certificate of Live
Birth is PAUL PETER TOTOH MAGTANGOB and his date of birth is June 27,
1983.

3. In his PAG-IBIG Fund Record, his name correctly appears as PAUL

PETER TOTOH MAGTANGOB. Regrettably, his employer SEA POWER
SHIPPING ENTERPRISES, INC. has erroneously entered his name as PAUL
PETER T MANGTANGOB and his other employer, Bright Maritime
Corporation has erroneously entered his name as PAUL PETER MAGTANGOB.

4. We do hereby declare and manifest that PAUL PETER TOTOH

MAGTANGOB, PAUL PETER T MANGTANGOB and PAUL PETER
MAGTANGOB refer to only one and the same person.

5. We are executing this Affidavit to attest as to the truth of the foregoing

facts and for whatever legal purposes this may serve.
