PUBLIC NOTICE
CALL FOR 2020 SUPPLIER REGISTRATIONS/RENEWALS:
This Notice is a call for Registration for Suppliers to the Public Sector in terms of Section 6 of the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act (PPDPA)
Act as read with Section 4 of the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets (PPDPA) Regulations S.I 5 of 2018.

The call is targeted at new suppliers of goods, works and services to the public sector and as well as current suppliers published in the Government Gazettes of
2019 who wish to renew their registrations for 2020.

The Procurement Regulatory Authority of Zimbabwe(PRAZ) is pleased to announce that registrations and renewals for 2020 commence on 2 December 2019.
PRAZ further announces temporary supplier registration offices in Harare and Bulawayo during the periods and locations designated below. The upcoming on-
line supplier registration platform will also be unveiled at this time.

Interested suppliers are invited to view required supporting documentation on www.praz.gov.zw.

Please further note that applications should be compliant to all the requirements for Registration. Non-compliant applications will not be considered.

Registration Processing Fee

All applications and renewals shall be accompanied by proof of payment of non-refundable Registration Processing Fee per category of ZWL 1925-00 or ZWL
1750-00 respectively for new and renewal applications for local Companies and ZWL 13,125 country of registration equivalent for Foreign Companies.

Successful applications shall be published in the Government Gazette quarterly through General Notices in terms of Section 4(3) of the Procurement Regulations
and monthly on the PRAZ website www.praz.gov.zw.

Please note in order to meet submission requirements for quarterly Gazette, suppliers intending to feature on quarterly gazette publication should ensure they
have completed registration procedures 14 days before publication dates as follows:

3 April 2020

24 July 2020

23 October 2020

Mode of payment
The Authority encourages and accepts swipe or alternatively RTGS for local Companies. Foreign companies must deposit funds in the Authority's FCA account.
Local companies are encouraged to swipe on site or alternatively to bring bank proof of payment together with all the required documentation.
