Tender Description In Construction of 336 Residential Housing Units and 36 Apartment Units in Madinat Khalifa Phase
English 2A in the Kingdom of Bahrain funded through the UAE Grant under the GCC Development
Program to the Kingdom of Bahrain. Suitably eligible and qualified contractors are invited to
participate in the above-mentioned Tender Package. Preference shall be given to contractors
registered in the U.A.E and experienced in both housing and apartment building works tendered
under the U.A.E Grant. Contractors registered in Bahrain should be categorized as Grade A with
the Ministry of Housing and or Grade AA in Building Construction Projects with the Ministry of
Works, Kingdom of Bahrain. Full details of the tenderer’s eligibility and qualification criteria are
provided in the Invitation for Qualification document.

and the Financial proposal will be opened later on. Only Suppliers who passed the Qualification process will be
evaluated with their Technical proposal. And then Suppliers who passed the Technical evaluation, their
