This is to confirm your contract for practicum with St. Peter’s Academy Canteen
pursuant to your course requirements for School Canteen Management under the
following terms and conditions:
Effective Date : February 1, 2018
Termination Date : February 22, 2018
This contract will expire on the date indicate above without further notice and
may be terminated any time for just causes.
As a practicum student, you are not considered part of the regular workforce of
St. Peter’s Academy Canteen and are not eligible to receive salary benefits and
privileges enjoyed by the school canteen staff. Moreover, St. Peter’s Academy is
not liable got any untoward in incident you may suffer arising from accidents,
negligence or the waiver below by signing in the space provided.
