 The building is more than 20 years old but last
maintenance done several years ago.
It is consider being expensive in terms of maintenance as
well as construction.
The lifespan is depends on the climate and weather of
environment, quality and grade of material and mainly
depended on the skill of the individual labour.
Especially it needs skilled labour for mixing and casting.
Small porous or gaps left while constructing or due to lack
of maintenance can also lead to cracks on the building.
