Plot at Khadakwadi

It is 18000 sq ft in size in the village of Khadakwadi, 4 to 5 kms beyond

National Defence Academy (Peacock Bay) just after the village of Kudje on the
Khadakwasla lake road. The plot has been developed. It has a 1900 sq ft stilted
core ground floor with a roof, ready for the first floor. It has a foundation built for
three floors.The boundary wall has been made as well as an outhouse and
large underground water tank . It has an uninterrupted view of Khadakvasla
lake as it is on the top of a slope of a hill. It has a single lane concrete road 75% of
the way to the plot from the main road which is along the Khadakvasla lake. Saat
Bara has been made (ownership in my name). I am attaching photographs
.Asking for Rs. 1.9 Crore(negotiable slightly) as I have spent a considerable
amount in developing the plot. Nyati developers are building customised villas
very close to this area for Rs. 6 crores plus on plots of 2000 sq ft onwards. A
fast developing area. Land has been bought around our plot , plotted and sold for
construction of row houses.
