Introduction:

One Plus Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., commonly referred to as

OnePlus, is a Chinese smartphone manufacturer based in Shenzhen, Guangdong. It
was founded by Pete Lau (CEO) and Carl Pei (Director) in December 2013. The
company officially serves 34 countries and regions around the world as of July 2018.
They have released numerous phones, amongst other products. It is currently
majority owned by Oppo as its only shareholder, which is a subsidiary of BBK
Electronics along with Vivo and Realme. However, both OnePlus and Oppo denies
OnePlus is a subsidiary and maintain they are independent companies, although
OnePlus confirmed it uses Oppo's manufacturing line and shares part of the supply
chain resources with Oppo.

The factors important in selecting a product:

 Value for Money (How much I'm getting for how much I'm spending).
 Specs (everything from RAM available to processor speed to connectivity
options to SD slot availability, again in comparison to what else is currently
out there).
Each person will gauge spec requirements differently based on how they use
their device, but for me the OS is the most important in a phone. Killer
hardware that isn't utilised properly is just an expensive paperweight imho.
 Then comes the processor/RAM/GPU/storage etc.
 Then the connectivity options (not all that is latest, is really the greatest imho
 Anything else (like IR Blaster/ video out options etc.) I would consider a nice
to have bonus, which I may use sometimes.
 Product Life. Quality & Durability aside, I'm also looking to future proof my
device for at least 5 years. Obviously I don't expect it to match the new stuff
(hardware/software etc.) toe to toe, but I do expect that it won’t become totally
obsolete and unusable in a just a few months.
 After sales support (equally important). I ensure that after I've taken a
calculated risk and invested in a product, I'm not left out hanging high and dry
and on my own! If I have an issue, there must be a reasonably convenient
means to resolve it, even a few years down the line.
House of Quality:
INTREPRETATION:

 The user experience is quite easy and premium for this cost and no
complication are made
 The display quality enriches true colours and will be a high definition
clarity and enhance the true colour of the brand
 The major plus of the product is that it will be having a high processor and it
might get a high performance
 The stylish and sleek finish at the outside made it look so glossy and
furnished.
