Problem Assessed
The collimator beam holder for focusing the x-ray fell off due holders screw loosing position
inside and also due to too much friction.
Solution:
The beam loose screw must be put back well so that the beam holding grips comes at its original
position and lubrication with anti-rust must be done to make easy rotation of collimator.
The cost for this repair will be 760usd.
