     I need a recommendation letter\reference letter based on a specified format. 

    I have attached the format and template that the reference letter needs to be in.

    It is for US immigration purposes and I have attached a sample letter as well

    I have attached the referee resume and my resume and the letter has to bee a combination of both BIO
    for the referee and recommending my skis as in the template and sample letter

    The is the resume of the person who would recommend me(file no 1) His name is Eric Chang and he is a
    PhD.

    This is my resume (file no 2).
