I think that the healthy eating


pyramid gives us a good advice.
Because it shows the proper quantity
of food that is healthy for us to
stay fit every day.
For example;

fruits, vegetables, bread,
chocolate, milk

at most meals: rice, chicken, pork, beef

My food pyramid shows that I eat
rice, chicken, pasta, pork and beef at
most meals. And I eat fruits,
vegetables, bread, chocolate and
drink milk which is 1 – 5 servings per
day.
I rarely eat fish.
Difference between the food
pyramid in the book and my food
pyramid is that :
I eat rice at most meals which is not
good according to the food pyramid
in the book. Apart from that, I don’t
eat many things which are mentioned
for us as healthy food.
I don’t believe in the Atkins Diet. It
has too much fat for me.
1. I would like to try the High-
fibre Diet. I can eat anything I
want. I just need to consume 25
to 40 grams of fibre per day.
2. I would like to try the Vegan
Diet. Because I like to avoid
animal products. I don’t like to
drink milk either.

My favorite food is seafood. I am
crazy about it. I am a big fish
eater. Apart from that, I am a
chocolate addict. I am a big tea
drinker. I am crazy about rice and
salad too. But I can’t stand tuna
steak. I am not much of a meat
eater either. Well, I used to eat a
lot of pasta before. But now, I
don’t really like it. Perhaps I didn’t
use to eat lasana before but now I
just love it.
